Return Policy

Candles: We will be happy to provide an exchange credit on unused and unopened candles. Sorry, no refunds. We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post), and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

Fragrances: Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrances or fragrance samples, due to possible product tampering conditions that may occur. However, we may consider refunds on a case by case basis. Please call us at (504) 522 – 7102  before any merchandise is returned. This policy helps us maintain strict quality control guidelines, and ensures that every fragrance shipped is in 100% original condition.

All other products: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened or used.

Payment Options

All payments are processed through Paypal, the safe and easiest way to pay online.  Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Debit cards with the Mastercard or Visa logo.  We do not accept checks, moneyorders, or C.O.D.’s

Once we receive your order and payment notification from Paypal, we'll process and ship your order immediately!


Order Fulfilment

U.S. orders are filled within 24 hours of receipt of payment Monday through Friday.  Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning, given all payment has been received.  Canadian orders are filled within 72 hours due to the paperwork for customs.  We do not ship outside of the US and Canada, though we will be more than happy to recommend a store in your area.   Back-ordered products will be shipped as soon as they are received, however your payment through Paypal will be processed at the time of your order.  Should the back order take longer than four  weeks, we will notify you and offer you a refund if you are so inclined.   Some products have a maximum order allowance and you will be prompted at checkout if you have exceeded that allowance.  


Order Confirmation

Once your order has been received, we will send you an email verifying your purchase.  Once your order has shipped via Fed Ex, we will forward you the tracking number and estimated delivery date.  


Shipping and Order Fulfilment

We use Fed Ex to process all of our orders, with Fed Ex Ground being our preferred method of shipping.  PLEASE NOTE THAT FEDEX DOES NOT DELIVER TO  P.O.BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES, SO YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING.  U.S. includes shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.  Orders placed after 3:00pm CST will not ship till the following day.

Canadian Orders

All Canadian orders will be charged extra for the Canadian customs and brokerage fees at the time of purchase. We provide this as both a service and a requirement. You may receive a bill for duties from Federal Express. Please disregard this bill. You are pre-paying for duties at the time of purchase. The duties and brokerage fees will be displayed for your review before you submit your order.
